Standard Applications

Posted on March 23rd, 2012

Any material that will accept foil stamping or rolling is compatible with asuraseal.

What’s more an asuraseal security label is hygienic, and meets international food and pharmaceutical packaging regulations.

Standard sizes

asuraseal’s standard size is 20mm x 10mm, however it can be customized to suit any product – for example with an integrated QR or alphanumeric code, or as a continuous strip running with the package’s seal. The size of the asuraseal is dependent upon the packaging it’s intended for, and whether it needs to carry a QR or alphanumeric code.

We recommend that the QR Code be added to the asuraseal to help shoppers verify the product at the point of purchase using their smartphone to link to a webpage on your website with verification instructions. Alternatively, the QR code can be a GS1 compliant 2D-Datamatrix for track and trace. asurseal can also carry alpha-numeric track & trace numbers, with or without a QR code.

No special equipment is needed.

asuraseal is applied using the hot or cold stamping or roller application processes. Suitable machines are produced by many manufacturers throughout the world and their machinery will meet all your requirements.

Almost any packaged product can be protected by asuraseal

If your product falls in one of these categories and it can be bagged or packaged, it should have the ultimate anti-counterfeit and anti-tamper protection that only an asusraseal security label can give.
